Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)

  2. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until uniform.
  3. Pour in the milk gradually while whisking for fluffiness; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, onion, and crumbled feta.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
