Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails (about 6–8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- While the oven charges up, prepare the lobster tails by cutting down the length of the top shell.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle a generous amount of garlic butter mixture over each lobster tail.
- Bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes.
- For an extra touch, baste the lobster tails with reserved garlic butter halfway through cooking.
- Once done, remove them from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley and add lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Make sure to monitor the cooking time closely to avoid overcooking the lobster, which can make the meat tough.
