  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A vibrant and refreshing fall fruit salad, perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 2 cups diced pears
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and prepping all your fruit. Dice the apples and pears, cut the grapes in half, and segment the oranges.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, pears, pomegranate seeds, grapes, and orange segments.
  3. Add in the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
  4. Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the mixed fruits and toss everything together delicately.
  5. Finally, drizzle the lemon juice on top and give it one last gentle toss.
  6. For those who have time, allow the salad to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled; for a vegan option, replace honey with maple syrup. Can be prepared a day in advance.
